The Working Visa contract presents a wonderful opportunity to those who wish to work independently in Tokyo. Intended for models who seek visa sponsorship in Japan, eligible candidates would possess a decent portfolio, a good amount of experience and a totally committed professional attitude.
Models considered normally have experience working in the Tokyo market, although it is certainly not neccessary nor required.
In this agreement, the model will be responsible for all living and personal expenses to work in Tokyo. In return, Arts C Models will act as his or her mother agent, handling all promotional costs and providing the model with a working visa.
The final number outcome in this scenario is entirely dependent upon the model, and the guarantee that will be negotiated between both parties.
Models that arrive on the working visa are goal driven people that value their freedom in Tokyo. Nearly all of the candidates have a place to stay with a friend (which is always a bonus) and normally have the intention of staying in the country for a minimum 3 months (and up to 6 months). We also know that models on this visa are excellent team players and so we do EVERYTHING in our power to see that success is achieved.
It is expected that the model will take advantage of the freelance market in Tokyo as well. This will be permitted as long as Arts C retains priority(as Arts C is the mother agent) on all booking days and assignments. Constant schedule upkeeps and teamwork will play key roles towards long-run financial gain.
