The Team package is designed for those that are not only serious about modelling, they're willing to prove it. This is a popular contract amongst models and it's very easy to see why. Initial expenses in the venture will be shared by both parties, making it one that emphasizes that magic word "teamwork." Models considered must possess a strong portfolio, a solid amount of experience (preferably some outside their country), and a professional attitude that's goal driven. 
Arts C Models will forward all initial expenses on a 1 month trial basis, except for the model's plane ticket. Arts C agrees to prepay:
This contract is a real team event because the financial risk is shared equally. Anytime a model is willing and confident enough to pay for his or her plane ticket over proves to us that they mean business. And we will do EVERYTHING in our power to see that success is achieved. The minimum number of bookings in the first trial month of this contract is only 4. And once this hurdle is surpassed (which shouldn't be too difficult), then we start cooking! If not, then the contract will end, and any money grossed in the month will be divided equally between the two parties. All of the model's expenses will be deducted from the model's assigned gross contract. After which 55% of all money left over will be paid to the model.
